IT CLASS NOTES

Ciri-ciri compose/new:
-used to send message
- the issues that have been discussed will be the points for the subject
-the receiver wont know our identity until we introduce ourself
-usually used in informal activities/procedures

Ciri-ciri signature:
- make our work more easier and save our time
-more to self identity-the receiver know the sender's identity
-more fast compare to compose
-can be used for formal procedures

perbezaan:

-can be used to send messages informally without identity
-much easier than the signature
-place to create new messages

signature:
-will be published always
-need identity to send messages
-more fast compare to compose

persamaan:
-both can be send through online
-have varieties of fonts and colours
-used to send messages
-can reply the message that have been received


Differences between forward and cc

ciri-ciri forward:

-can send the same message that we received to another person
-can edit the text and add some other messages to the message that we received and send
-cant know the exact person who first send the message

ciri-ciri cc

-the way of keeping or saving the message for our own record
-can send to different person also
-can know the sender and also the receiver

ciri-ciri reply
-the way for us to send an answer for the sender
-can know the sender
-dont need identity
-can use for both formal and informal procedures

differences between forward and cc:

forward:

-send the message that we receive without any changes
-cant be kept as for our own record
-know the sender but dont know the exact person who send the message first
-can edit and add own messages to the message received bofore sending to others

cc:

- can be kept for our own record
-cant edit the messages and add our own messages
-can be send to another person also
-can be used for formal and informal procedures

reply:

-we have to type the contents before send
-the way of giving answer for the sender
-can be used for formal and informal procedures
-the receiver can know the sender
